the reflection in the mirror

i look in the mirror from time to time to remind myself of who i am and how far i have come.

sometimes i feel pretty and sometimes i feel ugly. and when i say pretty, i don’t mean my face but my soul.

and when i look in the mirror, i see what others don’t.

so beyond what the eyes see and what the heart knows, what do YOU see when you see YOUR reflection in the mirror?

proverbs 27:19 as in water face reflects face, so the heart of man reflects the man.
